Culprit Win Xp or Hardware..? not Sure

Hi,

PC Config...
Proc :AMD Semptron LE1100 @1.9 GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2
MB: ASUS M2A-MX
PSU: 400 watt
Graphics: Nvidia GF7200GS 256MB
OS-Windows XP SP2

Problem:- Whenever i boot windows using graphic card , monitor goes out of signal after WinXp Loading logo screen. (Windows boot completely as i can hear StartUp Sound of windows with Blank Screen)

PC boots completely in SafeMode with graphics Card.
PC boots in normal mode with On Board graphics card .

What could be the issue ?

In safe mod uninstall your GPU's drivers and then boot back in to regular mode and re-install them.
