256MB PC2100 single bank modules

Has anyone seen 256MB PC2100 sticks with only 8 chips one them? These modules use high density 256Mbit chips. I am building a new system based on Nvidia NForce-420D chipset, and I've been looking for 2 256MB PC2100 modules with 2-2-2 timing for while now, can't find them anywhere. I know Infineon's only DDR part today is 256Mbit density with CL2 an 7ns Tck (these are damn fast), but i cannot find any 256MB modules based on this part.

They might not be 4 single chips but 4 sets of stacked chips. One chip on top of the other.
