BUDGET RANGE: <$300 ( but the thing is I live in India, so the prices are messed up here ,_, )

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming [Battelfield 3 , crysis , max payne3 , cod at decent settings],

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: no GPU atm, and as for power suppy , i think i'll buy a new PSU too, current psu must be like 450 , cant say -.-

please if anyone know , do care to tell the the difference between MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II and MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk GeForce GTX 560 Ti I GB cards ?

Hawk is much faster. It's the fastest GTX 560 Ti there is.

However, at same price you should be able to get GTX 660, which is even faster!

Look at the non-reference 560 Ti designs, factory OC'd to 900 Mhz. Among them you will find several models that have upgrade dPCB's and beefed up VRMs. The ones w/ 7 phases or more and the special coolers have been known to top 30% overclocks over the reference card speed.Hawk is one of them.

Yes, that one.

Sure, GTX 560 Ti will last you quite a while, but GTX 660 will last you even longer. If you can get it for the same price, why not?
