Rumour of Olympus lens adapter? B.S.?

Rumour has it that Olympus make an adapter allowing the use of older
Olympus OM-series lenses on E-system cameras. They are not actually
advertising it, but it is understood that price should be somewhere in
the region of $200. Some even state Olympus will send you one free of

Anyone who asks in the US at least has received one for free from olympus. I
just emailed them the serial number off the camera and my address. I know
=I= didn't have any problem getting them to send one, came in less than a
week at no charge, they even paid the shipping. Comes with a list of
"supported" lenses and the recomended f stop range to use for best quality
on a dSLR.

I recently called Olympus America up, and requested the OM adaptor. They said
it was currently back ordered, but they would ship it out for free when they
got new stock. I needed to give them the serial number of the camera. I had
registered the camera previously, so I don't know if they require proof of
warranty. Note, there are complaints that other Olympus national centers don't
give out the adaptor.

If you have Nikon, Pentex, Yashica/Contax, Leica R, Olympus OM, or Exakta
