Additional Comments: Want to use an AMD A8 5600K APU

What is the best possible setup for my price range? I want to play and make minecraft/callofduty videos. Minimum FPS while recording with Fraps needs to be 25.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current computer is a sub $200 laptop.
