More about buying parts hour please
  1. Would be more concerned about the PSU than the GPU. RAIDMAX is a brand well known for making horrible Power Supplies. Gonna have to get a better quality unit.
    Given your budget, recommend this.
    Corsair Builder 500W, 80+ Bronze. $60 ($20 rebate)

RAM is no good, cant have 1.65v RAM on an Intel system.
    Patriot Viper 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz CL9 1.5v. $35 ($10 rebate)

Otherwise should be good, if a little budget oriented. I would advise downgrading the GPU to a 7770 and freeing up ~$100 so you can get better a better PSU, case and such. But the ultimate decision if yours.
