Yes. Most office PCs don't have a discrete video card.

Yea you wont need discrete for those tasks...

Simple games require basically no graphic power. It will work fine for them.

It will be similar in performance to the previous generation lower-end macbook, or Intel's current 2500 on-chip graphics.

Are you sure you don't want to go over the rest of the build? There may be some processor-driven graphic options worth considering instead of this motherboard one.
