A fairly ambitious "first build", but would be mostly excellent.
You probably appreciate i7 gives you vitually nothing, over i5, in a solely gaming build, still, I suppose in a build of the quality, possibly "why not". I would suggest however, using i7-3770K with that motherboard, as a better match. Ivybridge, anyway, outperforms Sandybridge, not by a lot, but enough to make it better choice. The only advantage Sandybridge has, is that it overclocks slightly better, but then you need to overclock it more, to try to "catch up" on Ivybridge performance.
I wouldn't be in too much of a rush, to get a lot of fans. How are you controlling them? Often best to wait until you have basic build running to decide EXACTLY what fan uprades are beneficial.
Build will perform very well (subject to CPU), as it should do, when you're spending that sort of money. As long as you appreciate you could get virtually same performance, for a lot less money.

Oops i didn't notice i forgot that. Updated
Well i was thinking of going with the i7-3770k over the i7-2600 but alot of people said that the ivy cpu's run hotter then the sandy cpu's. I was planning to overclock in the 4.2 to 4.8. So what do you think ?
