If it was pre installed on your PC and you need the media to reinstall go to http://www.microsoft.com/office/backup2007/en-us/default.mspx if you key a retail key go to http://www.microsoft.com/office/downloads/

Downloading installation media for which you have a licence and a key is not piracy.

Be that as it may, when someone asks for a free download here, id rather err on the side of caution. He didnt state he had a key, only that he wanted it free.
