Need Help with finding a Video and Ram

Hello everyone.. Well i need help finding a nice midrange Video Card.. I'm looking for one that have 3d just so that i wont have to buy another one anytime soon.. I'm also looking for some Ram as well not too familiar with the cas latency..

But my build looks like this so far

Intel 330 SSd
ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE LGA 1155 Intel Z77 Motherboard
I7 3770K
Noctua D414 cpu cooler
Windows 7 Profession 64 Bit

Im looking for so ram that would be compatible with the motherboard..
Im looking to go 32Gb for ram so i may buy 2 now and the other 2 later.. right now anything would probably be faster than the pc i have now so i will be satified.. price range would be for 2 8Gb $40 to $65 (at the most)

With the Video Card im looking to go mid range.. Just something that would be really good and reliable.. price range $200 -$250 (give or take 20 more dollars)

I dont game as much, but my build will be towards everyday use and dealing alot with video editing and encoding..

Here is some ram and some video cards im looking at and let me know if this is a good choice... For the video cards im looking towards Radeon 7870 (xfx brand)(it's not written in stone still can change my mind).. but just looking to hear a lil bit more pros and cons if i go with it..

What im worried about with the memory is that will it fit with the Noctua Cpu Cooler? will i be able to utilize all the slots...
