More about build mobo upgrade
  1. Yes that all works together
  2. Thank you for the quick reply! Was a bit worried about the memory not being compatible with the mobo, but I'll just return that if it doesn't work.
  3. Except that memory will not run at 1600 mhz...you will see in the bios 1066mhz, cause of the cpu only supports 1066mhz.
Still its is cheap memory same price as the 1066mhz.
You'll need a g2120 if you want to take advantage of that speed (just optional).

  4. Yeah, the memory speed being 1066 is fine with me, still faster than the DDR2800 I'm using now! I thought about the g2120, but it's $40 more (42% more) than the G630. I'm all about the most "bang for the buck", and I'll likely upgrade the CPU in a few years with a true quad core i7 when their prices drop (substantially).

    Thanks again for the help!
