Display problem..

Hello,

My pc is not displaying anything i have checked its powercable and ram both are working properly fan is also working very fast but the board is not taking power.....I dont know that how can i fix this problem...

I hope i can get a useful feedback..

Okk...

Dual CPU and Motherboard of simmtronics with 2GB of simmtronics RAM but my RAM is fine i just dont know why the display is not coming...
