When is the next 17" LCD review due?!?

I have put off buying a LCD for months now waiting to here some more news. When will there be another LCD review that will show which 17" comes out on top of all the rest?!? I also want to have no trouble at all getting my hands on the winner! And will this new roundup include all of the kinds of panels? When are the new 16ms and 20ms panels due out? Does anybody feel the same way I do?
