The best 4ports router for long cable laid

need advise on the suitable router for more than 200m cable length.. thanks..

  1. Ethernet standards are max 300 feet, you need a repeater or some sort, the type of router you get won't help.

    And so on...
  2. When you go past the recommended 100m cable length you are on your own, and your distance will depend on the network port on both ends, the speed you wish to connect with, and how much radio interference your cable will pick up.

    For example, about 15 years ago I was able to get a solid connection at about 230M using CAT 5e cable in conduit and manually setting the link speed to 10Mbps half-duplex.
