Hi
My sons girlfriend tried to get his mobile working ( 3310)she tried three
times to guess the four digit number and then it came up that the simcard is
blocked will he be able to get the phone back working again...

IT probably is asking for a PUK code now. Contact your phone service
provider. It is not a phone lock if it blocks your sim card.

Connect phone via mbus cable, run nokia toll and fix it....

If it is the SIM that's blocked NokTool (or any other software for that
matter) won't help. Phone the network operator & get the PUK code instead.

Ask for the cellular service provider to unlock the SIM card?
