Everything should fit, though a few things.

Get the 3570K. There's no point going for an older and soon to be pulled out generation for only $8 less.

Get the XFX if it's cheaper. Both cards will perform roughly the same.

CM 430 isn't bad.... but I believe you can do better.

There are $17 optical drives out there, they all perform the same anyway. I don't get why you want the more expensive one. :p

PSU is a bit overkill. 550w would be more than enough for a single GPU system.

Ok i think ill go with the 3570k then.

I plan on overclocking pretty heavily my gpu and giving my cpu a decent overclock, are you sure 550 watts would be enough? I also plan to add an sdd and fans to my pc if that matters.

And for my case, i could get a better one, but is the one i have now have enough room and good enough air flow?

Thanks for responding so fast

I see, then the 650w would be fine. It seems to be in a good price as well anyway.

Everything should fit in the CM 430 except the CPU cooler. You'll also need to add a fan or two for better airflow since it only comes with 1 pre-installed fan.
I suggest the Antec Three Hundred Two.
