What can you say about this setup?

i have a 450$ for a setup its about 19000 pesos in the philippines.
and i cant decide what to buy..if possible high end but low cost as possible.
or a 20,000 peso unit or lower if possible.

this are currently in my list.and can anyone give some advice on this

Solution
The CPU's will work,IF YOU UPDATE THE MOTHERBOARD to recognize them. Therefore you'd need an older model CPU to turn on the PC,do this, then put the better processor. This is a hassle. So your choices are
Get an older CPU
Get a newer z77/H77 /B75 motherboard.
