Build me a gaming pc with a price tag at 2500

Hello am looking to purchase a gaming pc and I no Idea where to start so I ask if you can you build me a Gaming pc for 2500-3000 save me money if you can but bear in mind I want to be able to play everything on the highest settings possible and I will also need a good monitor at least 24" thank you:)
