As you can see from the picture above, it seems to be working and detecting applications. Here is an example of one of the settings I wanted:

But, when I want to save the changed settings to the switchable graphics and press Apply, the settings revert back to the way they were and won't save, like nothing happened. This isn't just between the Power-Saving and High Performance card settings, it also won't let me Assign them anymore to applications.
