Motherboard: ASRock X79 Extreme6 LGA 2011-220
Ram: G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600-50
Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM-70
Ssd: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk-100
Air cooling for CPU: evo 212-30
Power supply: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W-110
Monitors: ASUS VS239H-P Black 23" 5ms ips-170
Optical drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST-20


I want to use it for cs6, gaming, Zara, maya, mud box, 3ds max among other software. My budget is 2100 dollars so if you see anything I could improve on or anything I could take off with no performance loss I would appreciate it !

Well you could get a WD instead of Seagate as a lot of people complain about reliability, but besides that it all looks great to me. You didn't list an OS, but I'm sure you know that.

Okay! Thank you! I have one more question though, do you think it would be worth getting a i7 3930k rather than a 3770k for the work I am doing?

I didn't see a lot of the programs you mentioned on there though. If you have the money I'm sure it couldn't hurt to have 4 more threads.

The 6-core CPU will improve your editing or whatever you do with CS6. The 7970GHz Edition will kick the 670's ass and the 680's(depending on the game for 680). http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/618?vs=598
