How to remove permission to copy to removable disk

Hello,
while coping file from drive to removable disk system asking for permission and i am unable to copy file andf said access dinied

What do you mean by "removable disk system"?

If just one of your files, then Right click, select properties, then security.

If this is a system file, normally as long as you have admin privledge, you will see a prompt and a continue. and the file can be copied. However if the File is in use You may not be able to copy it unless you terminate it.
