Now i am planning to get a video card on the budget range preferably for this two cards.

If you had to choose between the two cards I would get the ASUS card...better brand great reputation they make good quality cards....can you give us a budget for the gpu upgrade? there are prolly better options for the price than a 560ti

ahhh ok thats gonna be tough...can you give us the site you will be ordering it from? maybe I can pick a card from there for you..also prices are weird in different countries so that may in fact be the best buy for the price for you not sure.

The Phantom comes with custom cooling, while I believe the Asus card is a reference model. I'd go with the custom Gainward model.
