That build looks pretty awesome actually. If gaming is the primary purpose you don't need 16GB of RAM or the i7-3770K. You can drop that to 8GB and the i5-3570K and then invest the rest of the money elsewhere. Maybe a nice monitor or a nice keyboard / mouse set.
 

Looks like a beast of a system! I wouldn't get 16 GB of ram as 8 would be more than enough for most games or other applications (except maybe photoshop or video editing). I would rather have a WD Black HDD instead of the blue for performance reasons, and for a build this robust, I would opt for Win7 Pro, just personal choice.
