I am looking to purchase parts for a new computer very soon and need some input/help! Trying to keep my budget low!

Motherboard: Either: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL111912&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL111912-_-EMC-111912-Index-_-IntelMotherboards-_-13157293-L0A or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128546&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL111912&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL111912-_-EMC-111912-Index-_-IntelMotherboards-_-13128546-L014B

What would you guys go with?

Also what intel chip should I use if I only want to run diablo 3/starcraft 2? i5-2500k?

What SSD would you recommend if I wanted to install my windows and those two games onto it and maybe a few other programs.

As for GPU I have a GTX 580 which I think should be decent enough.

What hard drive would you recommend for storage?

I have an old 800 Watt PSU could I reuse this for my new build?

And for cooling of the cpu I was looking into the CORSAIR hydro series H50 High Performance cooler.. don't know if its necessary but I may overclock the cpu.

For ram i have an 8gb 1600 mhz corsair vengeance. This should be good enough right?

Case: AZZA Solano 1000 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811517004

Yeah you can definitely reuse as many parts as you want. The case is a good choice even if it is a bit big. Both motherboards would work. You should look at getting the i5-3570K if you're planning to overclock. If not the 3470 will work, but then you won't need the Z77, you could get H77 and save money there.

As far as recommending everything else I'd need to know budget.

The 580 is still beast, the PSU is fine, the ram is fine. You don't have a cpu? Gunit's suggesting of an i5-3570k is good too, z77 or h77. You can get that liquid cooling kit or even an EVO fan and heatsink would do fine. You want a good 20 gigs for the OS, a 128 ssd would work fine in combo with a 1tb hdd or larger.

I wouldn't touch liquid cooling unless you're planning on using a full loop. Closed loops are OK but air is always better.

If you want SSD suggestions here's what I typically recommend:

- OCZ Vertex 4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227791
- Samsung 840: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147192
- Plextor PX-M5S: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820249024
- Crucial M4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148448
- Corsair Neutron: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233342

HD here's what I recommend:

- Seagate Barracuda: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148681
- Samsung Spinpoint: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185
- Western Digital: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339

The Samsung 840 uses a new type of controller that's a lot faster than the Vertex 4.

So this is what I have so far...

MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813128546

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6819116504

CASE: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811517004

SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820227791

COOLING: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835181010

HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822236339

That looks good but the H50 is not good. If you're going to do liquid cooling use the real thing or not at all, don't bother with a closed block. Try this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608016

Did you get any errors when you installed the driver?
