500 Budget Gaming Build

Step nephew wants a computer I got suckered into building it this is his list it seems like a fair sub 500 gaming system any suggestions before he hits place order.. after rebates this system will be 450 Plus Shipping all items are from NewEgg, Wants to Play D3 and a few other upcomming games he has a 23" LCT 1080 2ms monitor already and I'll install Win 7 64 on this machine

MIght also go with a X4 ii 965 its a quad core but it most benchmarks it is about = to the g870
