Would this be a good Build for gaming and some graphics work

I have a list of components that i think would make a good build but i am open to suggestion, how ever I'm on a budget so nothing too wild.

Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K CPU
Seagate 1TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive
Intel 60GB 330 Series MLC 2.5" 25nm SATA 6GB/s 9.5mm SSD
Antec Kuhler H20 620 Water Cooler
Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti 967MHz 2GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI DirectCU II OC

i already own the Ram for the build and have a tower case with sufficient cooling however I'm not entirely sure about my graphics card choice.

or
Gigabyte ATI Radeon 7950 HD 800MHz 3GB

I get cheap air over cheap water for cooling (I know you didn't ask...).

Probably better off with a 7950 (and free games!) and OC to 7970 levels.
