I need CD ROM drivers

i need drivers for two of my CD ROMs one is a Memorex
52MAXX 2452AJ and the other is a HITACHI DVD-ROM GD-
5000 THey say the driver they need or have is
version 5.1.2535.0 but my computer is saying "Windows
cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The
driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" E_Mail me
with any help or answers please and thank you.
