GPU Cooling Advice - GTX480

I am interested in quieting down my GTX-480 without investing more than $50.

Any thoughts? This is a reference card from EVGA so I am not sure I could use the "zip tie some larger fans to it" trick (but who knows, perhaps I could).

I need to keep the whole thing at 2 slots so it fits in my Bit Fenix Prodigy.

I purchased a cooler from them for my 2 GTX 480's and they are very quiet and keep the GPU about 25C cooler then the stock one.
