Visiontek radeon 4670 driver not responding

Hello,
i have a visiontek 4670 1 gb it loads fine untill the drivers are installed i could use some help

so can you get the drivers installed or does it crash while installing the drivers? you need to be more specific in your description of the problem....if it works fine without drivers but once you install them it cant even load windows then that is a good indication that the card has failed.
