Can't decide which system to go with

Hello I have gathered all the components I will need to make a good gaming rig. I made two lists of parts. I can't decide which one to go with. One has a 680 and the other has a 670. The lists are:

Don't bother with the 680. It's a 5% improvement over the 670 for $100 more.
