I'd like to stay under $700.

Per your build, your GPU is REALLLLY weak and your CPU, not the best you could get specially with Piledriver out already.

It'll really increase your CPU performance and your GPU, the 7870 will rock any game you want at high settings easy at 1080P. Just don't use AA/AF.

Thanks I'll definitely look it over. Unfortunately I already ordered the CPU and motherboard from newegg before I was smart enough to ask about it here. I'll return them when they arrive and start over. The only think I don't want to change on this build is the case.

Yeah I would return them, you can do better. You don't have to change the case but the CPU and MB, return those and switch them and your build parts for my build guide.
