Building a new gaming PC and I can't figure out what GPU to buy I was going to get a 7850 but then I saw people talking about how good the 7950 was and I want to be able to run most games on max settings.

What i would like to know Is the 7950 worth the extra 100-150$ more than the 7850?

Solution
7950 has a huge overclocking potential and when maxed overclocked it can almost become a stock 7970. But in the end ts all money, if u have it go for the 7950. I was also looking for a 7870 but in the end decided to go for 7950 as it has better future proofing and (i oc my gpu clock by 420mhz and memory by 500mhz more then stock all stable)
