Not crossfiring the amd apu a8

i just bought a cpu ,amd apu a8...i have a simple question to ask....yeah i know the crossfiring the cpu to a 6670 gpu etc.,,but also if i dont like the 6670 and i want more stronger gpu like the latest 7+++(dont know the name) can i instead use it and not get over the crossfiring with 6670???
