NVidia 9500 resolution problem

Hello ,
So , When I used Windows XP , my resolution was 1600x1200 , now , I am using Windows 7 , and its does not let me use more then 1280x1024 , in the games and in the windows ,
can someone help me ?
the big problem its that sometimes it let me use 1600x1200 and sometimes not , if it s on 1600x1200 so after some minutes its changing back to 1280x1024 , and its only on 60HZ.

CPU : Core2Quad Q9400
Card : Nvidia 9500gt
Monitor : By pilot.
