yes 15 amps is the limit for the circuit. You say 2 ac is that 2 air conditioners? if so they pull probably 5 to 7 amps each depending on the size.

Sometimes breakers get weak and will trip sooner than they should.

But sounds like an overloaded circuit.

1200 watts is output, so at say 85% efficiency, you are talking maximum input of 1411..... at 115 volts, that's 12.27 amps.

You don't need 1200 watts fro two 7970's tho.

The two cards together will pull about 375 watts ...gaming should get you just over 500 watts with Furmark grabbing about 650

I'd figure a total pull of about 6 amps under playing conditions.....

But 3 monitors, a TV, PS3, two AC's.... ??? That's way more than I'd put on a 15 amp circuit.

Buy yaself one of these

asrock extreme 4 gen 3
4x2 corsair vengeance ram
evo 212 cpu cooler push pull
7970 vapor x, cf some day
psu atm 650w CORSAIR Enthusiast Series
1tb hdd
128gb m4 cru ssd

Get the xfx 850w it's better to be safe than sorry i always say. ;)

For a psu I would go with a Seasonic. They make the best psus out there. You won't need a 1200w, but more like 800w. Are you sure you want Crossfire? Theres microstuttering, there are always driver issues and then there are bugs in games that make it not worthwhile if you ask me. You do have three monitors which does warrant dual cards, but from experience, it just doesn't work very well.
:heink: Seasonic makes all xfx psu so what is your point?
