Will this psu run a 7750

Hello, my psu is not from a reliable company and came with my prebuilt desktop im wondering if it could run a 7750

the specs are

500 watts
+12v1 max output current of 16 amps
+12v2 max output current of 18 amps

Depends. As per wattage specification, your PSU will easily supply the juice your system needs. But as per quality of the juice I suggest you check the build specificaton of the PSU. It should be version 2.0 at least. This means the voltages supplied should not fall outside the 5% variation, meaning 12V rail should be between 12.6V (max) and 11.4V (min).

When your computer is up and running, please run HWMonitor http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html and check min-max voltages, to be sure.
