Confirming Compatibility - Please Help

I'm trying to scoop up some of the Black Friday deals on Newegg, and I just want to make sure that these parts are compatible.

I have the same motherboard, but with an i7-3770K, but I've just built a pc for a friend with the same mobo, but with your processor (i5-3570K), and just as it should, it worked.
The power supply is more than enough for the system, and it's a good brand. I have about the same PSU, but with 750W.
The RAM and Graphics card shouldn't be an issue.
The case is large enough for the GPU, I have the 500R, they're wonderful cases, I love it. Good cooling, good cable managment, enough space in it.

So with my not too much experience, this should all be compatible with eachother.
