Would My PC bottleneck my new GPU?

Hey guys,I've got An Amd Athlon x2 250 2.8ghz,2 gb ram ddr2 600 watts power supply and a geforce gt 440,im planning to buy an Ati Radeon HD 7750 1 gb ddr5 before I buy it I wanna make sure it´ll work fine on my PC,do you guys think my cpu would bottleneck the 7750?

It will have a slight bottleneck because the cpu is an old athlon dual core.

That's not all that much of a jump, but a jump nonetheless. It should work fine with your computer.

I just want it to play WoW and a few other games Like NBA 2k12/2k11 games like that,i play at a low resolution 1204x768,so Do you guys think it'll worth it to get that video card?or i wont see a difference at all while playing with the gt 440

You would see a difference of some sort. What memory does your current GT440 have on it?

DDR3,the 7750 is DDR5
