This is a budget gaming build that can play modern games at decent quality. Can't max settings on some newer games but definitely playable on high.

Comes with 3 to 4 pin adapter. Can't beat that.

The idea is this being a budget build to get your foot in the door. Room for upgrading later, with the AM3+ Motherboard and 2x PCI-e. Not sure if 500w can run dual 7770's but this is what I can work with budget wise, unfortunately. I was considering the Rosewell 630W PSU Green series on Newegg for the same price as the Corsair CX500W but I have trust issues.

If you notice any inconsistencies, feel free to point them out. Such as incompatibility and the like.

I would recommend the i3 over the Phenom, but it seems you are already at your budget. Are you willing to go over at all?

I considered it but I really can't. I'm an AMD fan anyway, I also prefer 4 cores over 2 even if i3 is better for gaming.

Just a tip if anyone's going to copy this build. Swap the G.Skill Sniper 9gb 1866mhz for G.Skill Ripjaws X 8gb 1600mhz. CPU + Motherboard combo can't run 1866. Only on AM3+ like Bulldozer and Piledriver.
