I've got 2 builds here, and I'm not sure which one will be better. I will mainly be gaming 1080p (BF3, SC2, Skyrim, etc). Budget cannot exceed $700

I still don't know which one of my original builds is better. I kinda like the mobo in your build, but cheap mobos always look shady to me :/ I heard that rebates take weeks to arrive, but I guess I might have to rely on them x_x thanks for the reply!

MSI motherboards are a quality of their own.

The build with the i5 is better since you need good CPU in those games you listed.
