is the MSI Radeon HD 7850 Twin Frozr 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 good and is it the best card for my price range of 200?

No card gains a performance advantage with PCIe 3.0 yet, so your slot will allow the HD 7870 its full potential.

i just looked at the size its 11.7' there is no way it will fit in my case
is there anything else you would say other then this one?

I'd say this one - it's reasonably small, has a great cooler, and is at an amazing price right now.

well the 7870 may fit i have a raidmax smilodon (its a peace of ***!)with a sabertooth 990 FX.

Your mobo is 12 inches tall and 9.6 inches wide. That HIS 7850 is 9.25 inches long(6pin connector on end of card). It looks like there's more than 1 inch
between the mobo tray and the drive cage in your case. It should be fine. The 6pin connector is back under the cooler shroud a ways(out of the way).

Edit: the shorter iceQ turbo is 9.25 inches long. The iceQ is over 11.25 inches. The msi is only about 7.75 inches long. Has a better cooler too(good for OCing).

I guess that 7870 is going on 11.75 inches long. Your hdd bay comes out? Where will you put your hdd?
