Im thinking of buying one of these. However, Im wondering if 660 Ti is even worth it, or is 670 far so much superrior in performance. I know that 670 costs about only 100€ less than 680.

You may wonder what makes me decide to buy DirectCU II? Its extremely silent in use.

Reviews that also convienced me to get one is here:

Note: There is nothing other wrong with Radeon cards, except that GeForces have tendency to be better in games currently.

i have an asus gtx 670 directcu2 non top edition, its incredibly silent and doesnt run very hot, i use msi afterburner for OCing which isnt even needed because its already ridiculously good. the 660ti isnt the bestvalue because of amd competition in that price range, i would get the 670, its as powerful as a reference 680 with an OC and saves you some money.

I have the Asus GTX DirectCU II 660 Ti OC, and it works great. And if you're up for it, I would honestly set them up in an SLI. I'm getting around 160 fps in skyrim on ultra high 1920x1080. It beats out even the geforce gtx 780.
