Budget Range: $1500ish
System Usage (from Most to Least Important): Gaming, Editing & Rendering videos, Watching Movies.

I had this build suggested, but could you guys give me some opinions on it?

Looks good.

Only thing I would suggest is to double the RAM capacity to help with the video editing and rendering.
