Linksys Router Connection

When connecting the 1 port Linksys router to a hub/switch, do you connect it's(the router's) 10/100 port to the uplink port on the hub/switch or to a regular 10/100 port on the hub or switch?

when connecting to a switch from the router you go from the uplink on the router to a regular port on the switch. to go from the switch to another switch you would go from the uplink to a regular port on the second switch and so on.....
