Sorry to say this, but you're running a single core and 1GB of RAM. You can play it, but probably not on the best settings. I know you don't want to hear this, but it would be better to build a $400-$500 budget PC that can play Minecraft.

well i only want to run minecraft on normal render non fancy but yah i know i need to upgrade im saving but i want a little place holder besides im getting the card for free.

I'd just go for it the 5450 will be an upgrade (a very minor one though). What's your budget because I'd recommend this.

At this low end hardware I doubt you'd see a bottleneck (although I'd stay from the 7750 and up because those probably will a bit).

If you're getting it for free go for it and give it a try. Why not!

It will work so go for it. Almost anything is better than the built in but almost any discrete GPU is better than that one.

Yah the 6150le is a decent integrated gpu although its 6 years old.

Not is but was. And decent among integrated graphics doesn't mean much.
It's fourth from bottom of their chart.
