I need some feedback on a greatly revised build, I'm a bit over budget, I hope it's worth it. If you could tell me how it might run games that would be awesome.

no game even uses 4 gig of RAM
At the most fit one 2 x4 gig kit . Any more and your comp will probably game worse

ditch the sound card . Your motherboard has a good onboard sound system

with a single GTX 570 you will need only a 500 watt power supply

The samsung 830 SSD is cheaper , and better

get your 3570k from microcenter

I will be running a large tekkit server, hence the 32 GB of ram. I will be using a surround sound system, which is the only reason for a sound card, I also do audio editing. The 830 may be cheaper but I've had great experiences with OCZ. I would get my 3570k from microcenter, but I don't have one near me. But thank you very much for the criticism it helps with the final product. :)
