I just purchased a computer from one of my friends. I have been a console gamer most of my life now i want to make the just. so i downloaded battlefield 3 and minecraft which i have played on my laptop. So i notice when i play minecraft and have the settings on far i get pretty bad fps drops to were it will freeze the game if i dont change it. Now i got battlefield and try to play it. it runs ok but i get little freezes while playing. What do you think i should try to upgrade to fix this problem. Here are the specs.
Q6600 intel cord Quad Stock
pk5 deluxe motherboard.
2 gb of adata ddr 2
80gb hard drive.
6870 graphics card.

1: More Ram.
2: Depending on your cooler, overclock the Q6600!
3: Update your drivers.
