Hey guys. :)

I'm thinking about getting a new performance graphics card for my computer, my current one is Geforce GT 545 3072MB DDR3 (A multi-media card, I think)

But I don't know which graphic cards are the best and are reasonably priced.

And also, is it possible to change the card or the power supply if needed on this computer..?

So yeah, here are some of my system specs.

Processor:
Intel Core i5 2400
Operating speed: 3.1 GHz (up to 3.4 GHz turbo)
Number of cores: 4

Memory:
Amount: 8 GB RAM
Speed: PC3-10600 MB/sec
Type: DDR3-1333

Storage:
2 TB

Power Supply:
Internal 300W (100V-240V)
Form factor: Internal ATX
Total wattage: 300W

I'd go for a 7750 which is similar in power supply requirements (should be a tad lower), and it is a good deal better than the 545 ddr3 version.
