I have a Netgear WGT624 v3 router. When I play PC games, I can never add or join my friends because my NAT type is strict. Most recently, the issue has been with MW3, but it has done it with pretty much all games.

I've tried several things to fix this issue:

UPnP is turned on. (Advertisement Period: 1 minute and Advertisement time to live is 4 hops)
I've opened the ports for both Steam and all the games. The ports for steam are UDP 27000-27015, UDP 27015-27030, and TCP 27014-27050. The port for MW3 is UDP/TCP 3074. (Note: my router will not let me make two forwarding settings from 27000-27015 and 27015-27030 because 27015 is in both. I've tried setting it from 27000-27015 and 27016-27030, which worked but didnt fix my NAT Issue. One forwarding setting as 27000-27030 also worked but didn't fix the issue)
My LAN IP Address is 192.168.1.1 and my WAN IP Address is 192.168.1.3 (Default DMZ server is checked). My IPv4 is 192.168.1.6. I've tried forwarding the ports above with all of these addresses set as the specified "server address" but none have worked.

I've Google'd non-stop and messed with the settings to no end. I cannot get my NAT type to change and I cannot connect with friends, but I can connect with strangers online, probably due to their networking settings. I must be doing something wrong, so any guidance would be much appreciated. If you know how to fix it, please be detailed because I've had no luck with this at all.

Thank you.

Here's all the ports I have open for steam, cs, and cod. NAT type is open. UPnP enabled, DMZ not enabled. Hope it helps. Make sure you have your PC set with a static ip and the router opening the ports for that specific ip address. What model router do you have?
