Confused please help SAPPHIRE HD 7970 OC 3GB GDDR5 vs HD 7970 3GB GDDR

This seems a stupid question but i have found these online at £30 difference in price on same website so, other than the display connectors are these cards (links below) exactly the same?

well the one OC (I have this one) only difference its they have been OC tested, thats the only difference . this means they Over Clocked the card in the factory, and its sure that it will work if you oc it. but the other one they didnt touch it and it could have issues if you try to oc it, I repeat IT MAY doesnt mean it will just there its a chance. other than that they are the same I think the oc one also comes with the second bios switch, OC abit

Yea, you're definitely wrong...

In the OC edition, they use a higher binned chip, this means the chip runs Xmhz faster than default.
